Your first stab at the format is, although formally incorrect, quite impressive, as always. You must have already figured out the rule, but I'll state it anyway. The pattern must read three complete words: first, the whole L in itself; then, both the vertical and the horizontal parts, respectively, the latter two sharing a common letter at the angle. (Oh boy, now that was hard to formulate in English!) Then again, all new variations of the original scheme are more than welcome.
